Please pass on this mail to all students/ faculty/ staff.

U may invite ppl from other colleges also to attend the workshop.  Any dept any year. See that only interested ppl attend the program. Those who give names must understand that they should submit assignment before attending. It is not a place  to simply come & chitchat. To select interested ppl u can give  small assignment to them. Plz don't burden the students financially. I don't need special car. శాలువా /పూలతో సన్మానం వద్దు. On stage if u want to give me something...let it be a good small book in Telugu/ Hindi & a small memento (not China Made) with college name on it. Preferably.. the gift to me on the stage can be..  project(s) done by students/ faculty.

As శ్రీకాకుళము ప్రజలు participated in సమైక్యాంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఉద్యమము with full sincerity..no need of remuneration for teaching if the participants do assignment. Else ..for each non-doer of the assignment..will have to pay penAlty of Rs. 150 & that will be taken as remuneration!!

Plz avoid spending on decoration/ banners. Plz don't give tea /coffee for participants. For them if u want to give something...plz give అరటి పండ్లు.   No need of lunch& other snacks for me if ur college is not pure veg.  After the class..I will eat in a pure veg hotel, outside the college.  If possible u may arrange కొబ్బరిబోండా & అరటి పండ్లు. for me.   Being pure vegetarian the resource person(s) may prefer not to eat cooked food at your campus. No need of  luxurious accommodation. Simple accommodation in boys hostel is ok. We mean..the college need not spend any thing specially in making arrangements.

If u tell..roughly how many r likely to attend then I can tell u 'specific requirements' based on that.

The participants list(name/ roll no/ pH no/ mail id/dept/college) can b sent to me by mail by 8-9-18   ...as a Google document

The participants r recommended to go through the video lectures available at http://padaayi.blogspot.in/p/blog-page_27.html

We wish to keep education affordable. Only interested ppl should attend the workshop.  Whole event can be video recorded and can be used for non-commercial purposes.

Facilities needed: Projector/ board to write/ audio jack to be connected to laptop with speakers & a Laptop with Arduino & MATLAB installed(Windows version).

Students should bring 1book 1pen assignment papers/ projects they did. Don't  bring full bag into seminar hall. Bags can b kept in their actual classrooms itself.

U can take good telugu / Hindi moral story_patriotic books. Switch on voice recorder in mobile & record the content of the book with ur voice.
Then save it. Length of each voice file can b 4-10min.
Then upload them into free websites or your blog or ur gmail drive.. from where it can easily b downloaded anytime.
Send the links after uploading.
Is this ok?
In the audio file plz mention the book/publisher or the website (with proper spelling) from where u r seeing & reading the story..which we call as 'acknowledging'. U may / may not tell ur name_mailid in that file(the file will be distributed to many..so if u don't want to tell ur identity..it is upto u).

Upload it to Gmail drive or other website. Send the link by mail.  "

Subject of ur mail should be: science prOject competition_ur roll no: Tekkali.

Those who cannot do any of the above two can do the following at least:

Write in telugu/ hindi an essay or draw a picture related to 'how I will contribute for the development of our country'/ 'how will i improve the educational standards'/ 'swatch bhArat'/ 'how will i contribute for the unity of the country'. They have to send photo of that by email by 8-9-18.

Then see pages 3,4 and 5 అచ్చులు/ హల్లులు/ గుణింతాలు and other pages to get an idea of how to write words. Now using this knowledge the students must write with own hand neatly on a paper ...  "నాలుగు నీతివాక్యాలు తెలుగు లిపిలో & భారతి లిపిలో వ్రాసి (మీ పేరు కూడా & roll no)...ఫోటో తీసి vikrambhayya@gmail.com కు పంపగలరు  by 8-9-18 " .
