Nice work by entire team. 

I would suggest you to collaborate with OSA IITM Student Chapter. OSA IITM chapter also goes to various schools and conduct such sessions. We have developed our own Optics Kit containing 10 to 12 basic optics experiments for Std. VIIth to XIth students. At the end of the session we leave one kit with the school so that faculties there can use it for demonstration during there classes throughout the year. I have already shown the kit and shared the manual with Shashank 3 to 4 months ago. You can visit OSA chapter website and find photos of various school visits we conducted in Prachara tab under Events category. As OSA chapter has very few Tamil speaking members, they usually prefer to visit semi-English or English speaking schools around Chennai. I see by collaborating with IviL team they can visit more schools to show there experiments and distribute the kits. I can get you in touch with current members of the OSA chapter and then we can work on how to go forward with this activity.

This 'Daan Utsav', we gave students at the Government Higher Secondary School, Melakondaiyaar knowledge. We demonstrated simple science experiments to them, hoping that it will deepen their interest in the world around them. Perhaps one day, they will be the ones receiving mails like these? :)
