Fwd: 6 Days Hands-on Workshop on "Network Simulation using ns-3" at NMIT, Bangalore

We are happy to inform you that the Department of CSE, Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore, is conducting a 6-days workshop on "Network Simulations using
ns-3
"

from Aug
-01-
2017
 to Aug-06-2017
.

6 Days Hands-on Workshop on "Network Simulation using ns-3" at NMIT, Bangalore

వివరాలకు details @  www.padaayi.blogspot.in
----

Network simulation is one of the most prevalent evaluation methodologies in the area of computer networks. The network simulators allow to model an arbitrary computer network by specifying both the behavior of the network nodes and the communication channels. It provides a virtual environment for an assortment of desirable features.

Network simulators are used by professionals from different

areas such as academic researchers, industrial developers, and Quality Assurance (QA) to design, simulate, verify, and analyse the performance of different networks protocols.

Objectives of the workshop are:

  1. To understand the simulation environment of ns-3
  2. To understand adding new Modules in ns-3
  3. To work on Case studies for Protocol Simulations in ns-3
  4. To work on the emulation using ns-3
  5. To work on ns-3 Direct Code Execution

Please go through the attached brochure and registration form. Kindly circulate among your colleagues/faculty members and UG/PG students.

We urge you send your Students/Faculty members to utilize this opportunity.

Thanks in advance.
