Some of the faculty members of Chalapati institute of technology, Motadaka village, Tadikonda mandal, Guntur were sent by the college management to another engineering college to act as 'faculty' on 23-5-15 in that college, as there was inpection by the university authorities in that college on that day. Please give strict warning to the concerned staff and management and collect fine from them. Do not send them to jail as their families will suffer. As a proof you can check the attendance registers in which the faculty will sign at chlapati inst. of Tech. 2. The faculty and some non-teaching staff are being forced/ tempted by the management of Chalapati inst of tech., Guntur to lure new students to join the college by several illegal methods. If a faculty joins a new student, the college promised to pay Rs. 10,000. More worse is that the present past students of this college are also given this offer…that is if they join a new candidate, they will get some free-bees. This is becoming a vicious circle. Please stop the menace immediately. You can easily catch the culprits by checking the call history of the faculty. It can also be verified by looking in to attendance registers where faculty are marked as 'On duty'. This episode is likely to go during coming 20-30 days and will be in its peak during coming 10days as counseling is going on in AP. You can send a committee and find out from students/ parents by conducting a survey on this. Many other illegal activities are also going on such as collecting more fee than shown on receipt etc., Please inform me the action you have taken. Let's make our country a better place to live in.g

ఉన్న ఊరికి ఏదొకటి చేయాలి. స్వచ్ఛమైన గ్రామంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలి. 'స్వచ్ఛ'మేవ జయతే అంటూ 'స్వచ్ఛ'ందంగా కదిలారు. తమ ఆలోచనలను ఆచరణలో పెట్టి సక్సెస్‌ అయ్యారు. 'చెత్త' సమస్యలకు చెక్‌ పెడుతూ.. చెత్త నుంచీ సంపద తయారీ కేంద్రాలను రూపొందించి.. 'చెత్త'బంగారు లోకాన్ని సృష్టించారు.  అందరి దృష్టి ఆ గ్రామాలపై పడేలా చేశారు. ఉత్తమ పంచాయతీలుగా తీర్చిదిద్దుకున్నారు. ప్రముఖుల నుంచి ప్రశంసలు అందుకోవడమే కాకుండా.. పలువురికి ఆదర్శంగా నిలిచారు. 

 

ప్లా'స్ట్రిక్ట్‌' చేశారు

మేడపాడు(సామర్లకోట) :

''మన గ్రామాన్ని మనమే బాగు చేసేకోవాలి'' అనే దృఢసంకల్పంతో 16 ఏళ్ల పాటు నిరంతర పోరాటం చేశారు. ప్లాస్టిక్‌ను పూర్తిగా నిషేధించారు. ఉత్తమ పంచాయతీగా గ్రామాన్ని తీర్చిదిద్దారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చేతులమీదుగా అవార్డు తీసుకున్నారు. 

 

2009 జనవరి 22న అప్పటి ఎమ్మెల్యే తోట గోపాలకృష్ణ ప్రోత్సాహంతో గ్రామంలో ర్యాలీలు చేసి బహిరంగ మలవిసర్జన లేకుండా చేయడానికి బీజం పడింది. అప్పటి సర్పంచ్‌ పాలకుర్తి శ్రీనివాసాచార్యులు బహిరంగ మలవిసర్జన లేకుండా ర్యాలీలు నిర్వహించి, ఇంటింటా సర్వేలు చేసి మరుగుదొడ్లు నిర్మించే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. అప్పట్లో ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి రూ.2,750ల ప్రోత్సాహంతో మరుగుదొడ్లు నిర్మించే కార్యక్రమానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. ఇప్పటి వరకు 753 వ్యక్తిగత మరుగుదొడ్లు నిర్మించి నూరు శాతం నిర్మాణం పూర్తి చేశారు. ప్రతి వీధిలో కమిటీలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి బహిరంగ మలవిసర్జన చేసిన వారిపై క్రమ శిక్షణ  చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం, కౌన్సెలింగ్‌ ఇవ్వడం ద్వారా విజయం సాధించారు.

 

ప్లాస్టిక్‌ నిషేధంలో రాష్ట్రంలో గుర్తింపు.....

రాష్ట్రంలో ఎక్కడా లేని విధంగా మేడపాడు గ్రామంలో ప్లాస్టిక్‌ వాడకాన్ని పూర్తిగా నిషేధించారు. 2015 íఫిబ్రవరి 28 నుంచి ప్లాస్టిక్‌ కవర్ల నిషేధాన్ని అమల్లోకి తెచ్చి పంచాయతీలో తీర్మానం చేశారు. షాపులల్లో కవర్లు విక్రయిస్తే రూ.రెండు వేల నుంచి మూడు వేలు, çఫంక్షన్లలో ప్లాస్టిక్‌ వాడకం జరిగితే రూ.ఐదు వేలు అపరాధ రుసుం వసూలు చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం 100 శాతం ప్లాస్టిక్‌ నిషేధం అమలులో ఉంది. 

 

విజయవంతంగా సాలిడ్‌వేస్టు మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌...

గ్రామంలో సాలిడ్‌ వేస్ట్‌ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌ పథకాన్ని విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. ఇంటింటా చెత్త సేకరణ కోసం 2,300 రెండు డస్ట్‌ బిన్లు అందజేశారు. ఇంటింటా చెత్తను సేకరించి...? వేరు చేసిన ప్లాస్టిక్‌ డబ్బాలు, సీసాలు, గాసు సీసాలు, అట్ట పెట్టెలు, కాగితాలు విక్రయించడం ద్వారా కొంత మేరకు ఆదాయం వస్తోంది. 

 

అతడే ఒక సైన్యం..

రాష్ట్ర ఉత్తమ సర్పంచ్‌ అవార్డు గ్రహీత పాటంశెట్టి సూర్యచంద్ర

గ్రామాభివృద్ధే లక్ష్యం.. ప్రజాసేవే ధ్యేయంగా ఆ సర్పంచ్‌ పనిచేస్తూ అందరికీ ఆదర్శంగా నిలుస్తున్నారు. కొత్తకొత్త ఆలోచనలను ఆచరణలో పెడుతూ అద్భుత ఫలితాల సాధనకు అడుగులు వేస్తున్నారు. ఆయనే కిర్లంపూడి మండలం బూరుగుపూడి గ్రామ సర్పంచ్‌ పాటంశెట్టి సూర్యచంద్ర.                                                          – కిర్లంపూడి

 

సుమారు ఆరు వేల జనాభా, 3,850 ఓటింగ్‌ కలిగి ఉన్న బూరుగుపూడి పంచాయతీలో 14 వార్డులు ఉన్నాయి. 2001లో ఓసీ మహిళ రిజర్వేష¯ŒS కావడంతో సూర్యచంద్ర తల్లి పాటంశెట్టి వీరరాఘవమ్మ సర్పంచ్‌గా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. పేరుకు పంచాయతీ సర్పంచ్‌ తల్లి అయినా యువకుడైన సూర్యచంద్రే ప్రజాసేవపై మక్కువతో అన్ని పనులు తానే చూసుకునేవాడు. 2006లో పంచాయతీ ఓసీ జనరల్‌కు కేటాయించడంతో సూర్యచంద్ర పోటీ చేసి గెలుపొందారు. అప్పటి నుంచి ప్రజలకు సేవ చేయాలన్న తపనతో చేస్తున్నారు. గత పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో రెండోసారి సర్పంచ్‌గా ఆయన ఎన్నికయ్యారు. దీంతో గ్రామాన్ని అన్నివిధాలా అభివృద్ధి చేయాలనే లక్ష్యంతో బూరుగుపూడి గ్రామాన్ని సంసద్‌ఆదర్శ గ్రామంగా ఎంపిక చేశారు. దీంతో అప్పటి నుంచి ఇప్పటి వరకు గ్రామంలో నూరుశాతం వ్యక్తిగత మరుగుదొడ్లు, ఇంకుడు గుంట్ల నిర్మాణం వంటి పనులు చేపట్టడమే కాకుండా చెత్త నుంచి సంపద తయారు చేసే కేంద్రాన్ని రాష్ట్రంలో మరెక్కడా లేనట్టుగా నిర్మించారు. దీంతో సూర్యచంద్ర జిల్లా స్థాయి అధికారుల ప్రశంసలు అందుకోవడమే కాకుండా గ్రామాభివృద్ధిని ముఖ్యమంత్రి దృష్టికి తీసుకువెళ్లడంతో గత గోదావరి, కృష్ణా పుష్కరాల్లో రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు చేతుల మీదుగా ఉత్తమ సర్పంచ్‌గా ప్రశంసలు, అవార్డులు అందుకున్నారు.

గ్రామంలో పలు అభివృద్ధి క్యాక్రమాలు..

గ్రామంలో నూరుశాతం అక్షరాస్యత సాధించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో వయోజన విద్యపై దృష్టి సారించారు. అలాగే మాతా, శిశు మరణాలను తగ్గించేందుకు, గర్భిణులకు పౌష్టికాహారం అందించే చర్యలు చేపట్టారు. పల్లె పచ్చదనంతో కళకళలాడాలని ప్రతి ఇంట మొక్కలు నాటేందుకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. గ్రామంలో ఉన్న జిల్లా పరిషత్‌ ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలో పదో తరగతి విద్యార్థులు నూరుశాతం ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో విద్యార్థులకు ప్రత్యేక తరగతులను పర్యవేక్షిస్తున్నారు. 

 

సమస్యలపై పోరాటం

గ్రామంలో బ్రాందీ షాపు నిర్మూలించాలని, దుస్లాం చెరువు సమస్యపై సర్పంచ్‌ పాటంశెట్టి సూర్యచంద్ర దీక్ష చేశారు. అలాగే ఇటీవల విద్యుత్‌ సమస్య పరిష్కరించాలని కోరుతూ సతీసమేతంగా దీక్ష చేసిన ఘనత ఆయనది. అలాగే గ్రామంలో శ్రమదానంతో రోడ్లు నిర్మించే పనిలో నిమగ్నమయ్యారు. బూరుగుపూడి గ్రామాన్ని ఆదర్శవంత గ్రామంలో ప్రకటించడంతో రాష్ట్రం నలుమూలల నుంచి గ్రామంలో నిర్మించిన వ్యక్తిగత మరుగుదొడ్లు, ఇంకుడు గుంటలను, చెత్త నుంచి సంపద తయారీ కేంద్రాన్ని సందర్శించేందుకు రాష్ట్రం నలుమూలల నుంచి అధికారులు, ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు సందర్శిస్తున్నారు.

This is a call for the position of JRF under the project funded by Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India titled "Design, Development and Implementation of Networked Reconfigurable In-Pipe Robots for Inspection and Scavenging Applications".

Qualifications:

 (1) First class M.E/ M.Tech in appropriate specialization (preferably Robotics/Mechatronics/E&I/instrumentation; others could also apply).

  (2) First class B. E in appropriate domain with GATE or Equivalent Qualification

 

Candidates with prior experience in areas like Robotics, Mechatronics and Automation etc., are encouraged to apply. 

 

Duration                                  : 2 years

Emoluments                            : Rs. 25,000/month as per DST Norms

Other Opportunity                  : Can enrol and receive M.S (By Research) or Ph.D under Anna University during the period.
