FOR Free MS office (for educational inst/ students/ faculty) ..Tell ur college officials to issue officila email ids to all students_faculty of the college. It helps in many ways  https://products.office.com/en-us/academic/compare-office-365-education-plans

Several book publishers (TMH/ PHI/ Khanna/ Dhanpat Rai/ Lakshmi publishers...) ask for college mail id to give free access to online resources like solution of the problems given in books/ study material/ or to get a sample copy of the book.

Choose 'esim' (free alternative for MULTISIM/ PSPICE). Similarly choose SCILAB (free alternative for MATLAB). These r acceptable by AICTE/ UGC & all universities across the world. DOn't worry.

IIT Mumbai ppl will send all programs freely. Esim/ scilab can b downloaded freely. As I already told u earlier.. student/faculty can do projects on these & get certificate_money from iitb
