U can take good telugu / Hindi /ur mother tongue.. moral story_patriotic books.

 Switch on voice recorder in mobile & record the content of the book with ur voice.

Then save it. Length of each voice file can b 4-10min.

Then upload them into free websites or your blog or ur gmail drive.. from where it can easily b downloaded anytime.

Send the links after uploading.

In the audio file plz mention the book/publisher or the website (with proper spelling) from where u r seeing & reading the story..which we call as 'acknowledging'. U may / may not tell ur name_mailid in that file.

For example telugu people can see children stories in www.telugudanam.com

Plz pick up only good content.

In case if u r reading from a particular source other than ur mind...then plz send the text copy of that also. Even this text copy link can be sent.

I have over 8 years of experience in academics/ research/ industry, that makes a good blend.  With my mathematical skills and inherent interest in teaching (with illustrations/ demos..), You  will be finding me as a valuable asset for the institute.

విద్యాలయములో శాకాహారము మాత్రమే లభించాలి

వస్త్రధారణ హుందాగా వుండాలి. ఆలయములో 'ఏకరూప దుస్తులు వుంటే చాలా మంచిది (టీషర్ట్/ జీన్స్ వంటివి నిషేధము). 

మహిళలను అగౌరవపరిచేలా పిచ్చి సినిమాపాటలు/ గంతులు వుండరాదు. 

అత్యవసరపరిస్థితుల్లో తప్ప పిల్లలు సెల్ఫోన్ తీసుకురావద్దు.  కాలేజీలో ప్రత్యేకముగా ఏర్పాటుచేసిన ఫోన్స్ / అధ్యాపకుల ఫోన్స్ నుండి అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో పిల్లలు తమ పెద్దలతో మట్లాడుకోవచ్చు. అవసరమైతే విద్యార్థినులకు మాత్రం ఫోన్ తెచ్చుకునే వెసలుబాటు ఇవ్వవచ్చు.

పిల్లలు స్వంతవాహనాల్లో రాకుండా కట్టడి చేయాలి. 

తప్పుడు ఆదాయ పత్రాలు చూపి 'ఉపకారవేతనాలు' పొందుతున్న వారి ఆర్ధిక స్థితిగతులేమిటో..కొన్ని నెలల్లో తెలుసుకోవటము కష్టం కాదు. అలాటివారిని 'చట్టానికి అప్పగించాలి' 

పిల్లలు ఖరీదైన వస్తువులు/ ఆభరణాలు తేకూడదు.

డిసెంబరు 31- జనవరి 1 హంగామా వద్దు. 

రాజకీయ/  అవసరాలకు విద్యాలయాన్ని / పిల్లల్ని/ సిబ్బందిని వాడరాదు.

మద్యం వంటివాటితో సంబంధం వుండరాదు. 

శ్రమదోపిడీ తగదు. మనిషిగా 'పనివారికి' సైతం గౌరవమీయవలె.

దుబారా చేయరాదు.

పిల్లలవద్ద తీసుకునే డబ్బులకు తగిన రసీదులివ్వవలె. పారదర్శకత ముఖ్యం

స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవము / గణతంత్ర దినోత్సవము/ అబ్దుల్ కలాం జయంతి వంటివాటికి ప్రత్యేక పరిస్థితుల్లో తప్ప అందరూ హాజరుకావాలి.. కేవలము నామమాత్రంగా నిర్వహించరాదు.  

విదేశాలకు బానిసలుగా విద్యార్థులను పంపడాన్ని నిరుత్సాహపర్చాలి 

దేశానికి విలువైన వనరులుగా విద్యార్థులు తీర్చిదిద్దబడుటకు అనువైన వాతావరణాన్ని కల్పించాలి.

భారతీయభాషలకు తగు ప్రాధాన్యాన్ని కల్పించాలి. ఉదాహరణకు... 'అంతర్గత వ్యవహారాల్లో' వీలైనంత ఎక్కువ  తెలుగు/ హిందీ వంటివి వుపయోగించాలి. అత్మాభిమాన శూన్యులై అవసరాన్ని మించి విదేశీభాషను నెత్తికెత్తుకోరాదు.

యేడాదికి నాలుగుసార్లు తల్లిదండ్రులతో ప్రత్యేక సమావేశము ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.  ఉదాహరణకు 2000 మంది పిల్లలున్నచో..  జూన్ 4న, ఆగష్టు 15న, జనవరి 26న, మార్చి 18న తల్లిదండ్రులతో సమావేశము ఏర్పాటుచేయాలి. సంరక్షకులుగావున్న పెద్దలు వారివీలును బట్టి  ఈ నాలుగు విడతల్లో  రెండుసార్లు హాజరుకావాలి.

చుట్టుపక్కల గ్రామాల అభివృద్ధికి దోహదం చేయాలి

అధ్యాపక/అధ్యాపకేతర సిబ్బంది తమ నైపుణ్యాలను మెరుగుపర్చుకునేందుకు ఊతమివ్వాలి.

మభ్యపెట్టి పిల్లల్ని చేర్చుకోవటము/ తాయిలాలు ప్రకటించడం  తప్పు. అధ్యాపకులను ..ఇతరులను 'అనైతిక పనులకు' వుపయోగించరాదు.

Unreliable lawyer creating troubles

నమస్కారము.. lawyer nagEshwar said to అన్నయ్య last month..that the next hearing is on 24th Apr(at family court). Suddenly he told that the hearing is over today on 23rd itself. Can such things happen without prior intimation(info might have been given well in advance) to concerned lawyer by court? I feel that the lawyer is lying/ hiding things...Even earlier he was telling lies & I have been telling brother to bank on the services of a reliable న్యాయవాది.   ఆయన్ని కాదంటే సమస్యలు కలిగిస్తాడని అన్నయ్య భావిస్తున్నాడు! దయచేసి మీరు రంగప్రవేశం చేసి ధర్మ విజయానికి తోడ్పడమని మనవి... విక్రమ్ కుమార్ 8500386163

Several book publishers (TMH/ PHI/ Khanna/ Dhanpat Rai/ Lakshmi publishers...) ask for college mail id to give free access to online resources like solution of the problems given in books/ study material/ or to get a sample copy of the book.

Choose 'esim' (free alternative for MULTISIM/ PSPICE). Similarly choose SCILAB (free alternative for MATLAB). These r acceptable by AICTE/ UGC & all universities across the world. DOn't worry.

IIT Mumbai ppl will send all programs freely. Esim/ scilab can b downloaded freely. As I already told u earlier.. student/faculty can do projects on these & get certificate_money from iitb

Plz avoid wastage of money/ resources

 U r at freedom 2 stop reading anywhere.


we will be called (anna / akka ) elder brother/ sister by children ...but do we have the right 2 b called so ! we should earn it ! 

 write letters (preferably postcard) 2 children of relatives in ur mother tongue / national language hindi. U can write about
 (1) panchatantra , tenali ramalinga , maryadaramanna , akbar birbal stories
 (2) technical achievements by ISRO ( satellite based education…),DRDO (BRAHMOS missile)
 (3) incidents in the life of great ppl like vivekananda, gandhiji, madan mohan malavya,etc.,
      This doesn't take more than 15 min. for u.
 (4) obviously u travelled more across india, than them ...so do write about the commonalities   among different regions of our motherland, ur experiences with the innocent villagers 

(5) then u can say about different festivals of our country ( - with due imporatance 2 26th jan, 15th aug) & how they r supposed 2 be celebrated ...u can recall ur childhood here. This will motivate the children & they  will try 2 put ur suggestions into action ...during the festivals that r about 2 come.

(6) moral poems from  bhartruhari shbhashita , tirukkaral

 All this wil help in maintaining a good mental balance & this refelcts in every action we do...especially u will start seeing them( & urself ) performing better in regular studies.

India will launch PSLV in the coming 3 months. Now u can see it live by sitting in the stadium (opened to public in 2019..at a time more thousands of common ppl  can watch by sitting in the stadium)

  As u go home this time take the following with u:

 (1) chandamAma story book in ur native language (preferable the editions published before the year 1999) . BAl bhArati (in hindi) is a montly, published by Publications Division, Govt. of India. It is a good book costing just Rs. 8 per month.
 (2) science experiments/ maths puzzles books ( in Indian laguages )
 (3) Rural cottage industry products say jute bag /wooden pen / khAdi dress / homemade eatables (http://www.khadigramodyogbhavan.com/)

 (4) if u have PC /laptop ...plz screen movies like 'bhakta prahlada'/ show documentaries about farmers/ child labour. donot forget 2 show technical achievements by ISRO ( launching satellites of other countries & earning money, chandrayan), DRDO
 (5) while all of u assemble to eat lunch/dinner ...tell some useful things like .."right 2 information act, need for fight against corruption , importance of practicing non violence & speaking truth , technical achievements by ISRO ( weather forecast that is shown in doordarshan news / heard in aakaashavani ), DRDO ( nishanth, aakaash missile), HAL(SARAS , the indian plane). take chance 2 talk about aryabhatta, bhaskaracharya, varahamihira , bharadwaja(vaimanika shaastra) . Tell about the importance of national integrity/ international brotherhood.

 ----TAke them 2 govt library of ur village or near by village. go to children wing. show them books in Indian languages. do this at least once in a week. take subscription... it costs <=rs 250/-

---- Take them 2 temple / Indian classical music concerts / traditional Classical dance drama events in ur village. if they r not being conducted regularly in ur village ..take initiative 2 talk 2 neighbours / friends & village heads in that regard.

----TAking IVIL activities as inspiration visit govt schools(/where u studied) & teach them some science experiments/ maths ... Simpe formal dress suits the ocassion

Passing out Janata can contact ivil.iitm.ac.in to donate their cycles for good cause. 

 ----interact with children of neighbouring houses & friends of (ur relatives children)

---- encourage them 2 participate in NSS /NCC / essay writing /elocution competitions (-in mother tongue)/ science exhibition in their school/ village

 tell all these points to elders also so that they will practice these even in ur absence

spend time in fields ., if u have.

 do not forget 2 do some noteworthy thing on 15th Sept (MokshagunDam vishvEshwarayyAji's birthday). 15th Oct=> abdul kalam ji; 12th Jan=> vivekananda 's b.day; 23rd Jan=> subhash chandra bose B.day etc.,

See employment news NEWSPAPER weekly once...to know about jobs in public sector.
 
Think of the common people always whose contribution has brought u the good position that u r in.
 Inform me of internships / jobs  that ur company has + other good info which i can forward 2 the needy(students).  If possible I will try 2 put them in a website with free access 2 all. If u have in interest entrepreneurship / working in social service area / education(Math/ science promotion) plz let me know
